Michaela M. Judy
Founder, CEO, & Chief Researcher
Michaela M. Judy is the founder, CEO, and chief researcher of All American Protection LLC. Ms. Judy obtained her Baccalaureate of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and a Professional Sales Certificate from Kent State University. During her time at Kent State, she researched the effectiveness and enhancement of military uniforms, textile technology, textile advancement, and the evolution of military uniforms. During her 4-year study, she presented her findings at Kent State University’s Undergraduate Research Symposium, in addition to; participating and graduating from the National Science Foundation’s I-Corps Sites program at the University of Akron in 2016 interviewing 50+ military personnel and veterans. Ms. Judy recently participated in and graduated from the City of Kent’s Citizens of Police Academy in 2019 expanding her research into the roles of law enforcement officials and their uniforms. She is a member of the National Defense Industrial Association and Women in Defense. Ms. Judy founded All American Protection in 2018 and is passionate about creating the most quality and advanced protection and technology to better protect our military personnel and law enforcement officers to allow them to return home safely to their families.

Dr. Robert D. Hisrich, Ph.D.
Business Advisor
Robert D. Hisrich is the Bridgestone Chair of International Business and Director of the Global Management Center at the College of Business Administration at Kent State University, USA. Previously he was Associate Dean of Graduate and International Programs and was former Director of the Walker Center for Global Entrepreneurship at Thunderbird School of Global Management. He holds a BA from DePauw University and an MBA and PhD degrees from the University of Cincinnati. Professor Hisrich’s primary research focuses on entrepreneurship and venture creation: entrepreneurial ethics, corporate entrepreneurship, women and minority entrepreneurs, venture financing, and global venture creation. He teaches courses and seminars in these areas, as well as in marketing management and product planning and development. His interest in global management and entrepreneurship resulted in two Fulbright Fellowships in Budapest, Hungary, honorary degrees from Chuvash State University (Russia) and University of Miskolc (Hungary), and being a visiting faculty member in universities in Austria, Australia, China, Ireland, and Slovenia.
Lois Yoder Beier, J.D.
Legal Counsel
Lois Yoder Beier, Attorney at Law, Certified Public Accountant, is Associate Professor of Finance at Kent State University, Kent, Ohio. A member of the Ohio Society of C.P.A.’s and various bar associations, Lois Beier is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and before the U.S. Tax Court. She received her B.S. in Business Education from The University of Akron in l977 and her J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law in 1980. Admitted to practice in 1980, she has held several positions in the industry as well as maintained a private law practice before coming to KSU in l985. Lois Beier teaches and coordinates the business law curriculum at Kent with research interests in the areas of tax, corporate, international, and securities law. She has published in Derivatives Use, Trading & Regulation, the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution, the Journal of International Arbitration, the Journal of State Taxation, and other journals.
Mark Gainer
Military Advisor
Mark Gainer is a 20-year veteran of the United States Navy. During his 20-year service Mr. Gainer served as Lead Criminal Investigator who supervised 14 personnel, collaborated with different agencies to accomplish apprehension and movement of Navy military deserters, reported critical information and coordinated activities with other offices and agencies, reviewed and assisted with intake information such as fingerprints, photographs, and physical characteristics on record for filing. Mr. Gainer is also an experienced boatswains’ mate and deck seaman who assisted in maintaining of naval ships and equipment; in addition to, supervising over 30 military personal, ensuring that all OSHA safety standards were upheld when the use of hazardous materials were in use, and stood deck department watches and performed a variety of duties to preserve naval vessels and equipment. Since Mr. Gainer retired from the Navy, he has been active in representing veterans and veteran-owned businesses. Mr. Gainer has had boots to businesses sessions leading to him being selected by Concerned Veterans for America to present his opportunities and ideas to the Deputy Chief of SBCD Ohio State Director, this opportunity lead to the development of the first veteran entrepreneurship seminar which was held at the headquarters of Concerned Veterans for America. Mr. Gainer serves as military advisor to All American Protection using his background to assist in military research and military outreach.
Dr. Sadhan C. Jana, Ph.D.
Chemist
Dr. Sadhan C. Jana is currently the B.F. Goodrich Endowed Chair and Professor of School of Polymer Science and Polymer Engineering and Associate Dean for Research of College of Engineering and Polymer Science at The University of Akron. He is a chemical engineer by training with a Ph.D. degree from Northwestern University. He worked at General Electric Corporate Research Center before joining as a faculty member at the University of Akron in 1998. Dr. Jana received the National Science Foundation Faculty Early CAREER Award, Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) Fred E. Schwab Award for outstanding achievements in education, George Stafford Whitby Award for distinguished research and education from the American Chemical Society Rubber Division, SR Palit Memorial Lectureship award from Society of Polymer Science India, Kamath Memorial Lectureship award from the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers, and Honorary Professorship from the National University of Colombia, Bogota. He is a Fellow and Honored Service Member of SPE. He is currently the Editor-in-Chief of Polymer Engineering & Science Journal and Executive Editor of all SPE journals - Polymer Engineering & Science, Polymer Composites, Journal of Vinyl and Additive Technology, and SPE Polymers journals.
Dr. James M. Eagan, Ph. D.
Chemist
James M. Eagan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Polymer Science at The University of Akron. He was born and raised in Austin, TX, graduated from Emory University in 2009 with a B.S. in Chemistry summa cum laude, and received a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Columbia University in 2014. His thesis work, under the direction of Professor Scott A. Snyder, investigated the Diels-Alder cycloaddition as a general strategy for the total synthesis of oligomeric sesquiterpenes natural products. Following his doctoral studies, under the guidance of Professor Geoffrey W. Coates at Cornell University, he studied the synthesis and properties of polyolefin block copolymers. This research focused on combining the two most abundant plastics, polyethylene, and polypropylene, into mechanically robust blends through the use of novel multiblock copolymers. He worked for Aramco Performance Materials as a lab scientist between 2017 and 2019, before joining the University of Akron. He is a co-founder of Exsponge Inc., director of chemistry for Ascribe Bioscience, and recipient of the 2017 Newcomb Cleveland Prize.
